For the most part, I have always been extremely healthy all of my 24 years of life. Usually when I do get a headache or some pain I pray to be healthy right away, and within no longer than an hour it always goes away.

All of a sudden after eating some Chinese food I had what felt like the worst pain in my life around where my bladder is. It was so bad and sharp that I felt like I could barely walk. I had just happened to have The Secret movie playing on my computer, and so I just lay down hoping it would go away soon.

My parents and my older sister were here at the house and I did not want to tell them anything was wrong because I didn’t want to add anymore energy to this pain. I have never been a patient in a hospital and I felt like I probably needed to go, but I just started telling myself I was “totally healthy” over and over again. The pain was not getting any better but I kept on saying my affirmation. The part of the movie about healing came on and it gave me a much needed boost because I did not want to go to the hospital. Well, I fell asleep for a few minutes while still thinking to myself I am healthy, and now the pain is totally gone! You have no idea how scary this was, I thought of all the things that could have been wrong with me, but kept on affirming that I’m healthy.

This thing really works and it can work really fast. No matter how much time it takes keep believing!
