Only two months ago, my present life was just a dream in my head. I was nowhere close to living the life that I am lucky to be living now. The Secret made my dreams come true, and not only mine, but my family’s as well.

Before we found out about The Secret, we considered ourselves to have no luck at all. My parents are divorced since I was a toddler, we immigrated to a different country, my mom was treated bad in all the jobs she had taken, there was never enough money for anything, we moved practically every year from one rented apartment to another and they only got smaller each year, my mom was also having health problems all the time and so was I, even though I was just twelve at the time. It seemed like all the trouble just kept on coming and we thought we would never get a break. As for me, I wasn’t very popular at school, turned out later those who I thought were my few friends were really just hypocrites and backstabbers, I didn’t feel good about myself, I wasn’t in a good relationship with my mom and big sister… things weren’t working out.

Until one day, my mom’s friend gave her a DVD with The Secret movie on it, and said that this secret has changed her life forever and that hopefully, it’ll make things better for us. After we watched the movie, we found out there is a book. I wanted to find and read it, and thus I was thinking about it constantly. One day, I was returning my books to the library when I saw The Secret on one of the shelves. I Immediately took it home, read it and let my mom read it too. Step by step, with practice on small things at first, I finally got to understand The Secret and how to use it. All I was doing, practically 247 was visualizing and imagining the life I wanted. It was like I lived in a world of my own fantasies and I did my best to stay in it and feel it with all I have, make it as real as the bed I was lying on while dreaming. I was doing my best to also act as if I already live that life.

And now, my life is completely different. We moved to Los Angeles (my dream city!), we bought a new, beautiful cottage (actually, the exact house I found and was looking at constantly when I was searching for it) , we have two expensive cars, I go to one of the best schools in LA, I have tons of friends, I have the best boyfriend ever (that looks a lot like my favorite actor, actually!), I now love myself the way I am, my relationships with my mom and sister couldn’t be better. I mean the point is, now we can actually afford it all, and I don’t have to visualize this life anymore because it is my daily reality!

So yes, The Secret does work, and it really can change your life in the most unexpected way. All you have to do is let your imagination and dreams lead you where ever you want, not stopping it at any point and say “No, there is no way that’s going to happen to me”. It is true that “Everything Is Possible, Nothing Is Impossible.”
