“The Secret” changed my life!
Submitted by: Rasu
Punjab, IndiaHi! I'm a 15yr old girl from India, who realised that "The Secret" could make my world rock! It has changed my life for good, and I'm deeply filled with gratitude for Rhonda Byrne and other writers who changed my life! Thank you!!
It was one of those usual days when my dad came home and asked me to read a book because he believed that it could make a difference in my life. I started reading this book, first 2 pages a day, and then increased my reading time. I read the book every time, not because my dad had asked me to, but it had started to make a difference in my life, the way I approached things, and situations.
With a great belief that it could change me for good, I tested it. I remember it was Tuesday, and I was at my school in my class. As I was busy doing P.T. (physical training), I was totally tired and in no mood to attend chemistry classes. I thought it to be a good chance to try “the Secret”. So I, with full faith, released a thought to the universe that the next 4 classes were going to be free, including the chemistry class. Not even once I let the thought come in my mind, what if that won’t happen. And it worked!
I came back home, and told dad about it, and he laughed! I know that I tested it for a childish purpose, but it had worked for me. And it was enough evidence for a teenager like me who hated chemistry to know that it was a MIRACLE!
With a belief that it was going to do good to me every time, I made new friends, who were true to me. I started sharing my problems with my parents, with a trust that they will help me find a solution to my problems. I started believing in myself that I could score good grades in my studies. And it has worked every time! I learned to have an attitude of gratitude, and made a vision board to realise my dreams! And now I know that I’m going to have a better life ahead!
It’s a miracle!
I thank all the writers for sharing their life experiences by penning them down in the book, and for changing my life!
Thank you!
