In 2015 I lost my job. I had been working in a bank as a customer service clerk. I had outstanding debts that I was not going to be able to pay after losing my job.

In October of 2016, I started working for the company I am currently working for now. However, I could never get around to paying the outstanding debts that I had owed, which meant that I could not get any more credit anywhere. I am currently the only breadwinner at home, taking care of my mom and my two kids. I think at some point in my life I made peace with the fact that I would not own any property of my own or even a car, due to the fact that my credit record was not on track. I had let go of the debts and decided that I would not pay them.

I am a reader and a follower of The Secret by Rhonda. I had also read The Power. I had practiced it previously and had actually been able to manifest jobs, income, and everything small in between. Early this year I decided in my mind that this year, for my 35th birthday, I wanted to buy an investment property. It did not matter to me how I would get financing for it, as I knew I did not have a good credit record.

I started shopping for houses on the internet and inquiring about properties. I went to view the properties and one stole my heart, I could not stop thinking about that property. I pictured myself as if I already had the property and was renting it out. I pictured myself with a ‘sold’ sign inside the kitchen of the house. I wrote an email to myself as a congratulations letter for obtaining a bond for the property. All of this happened last month.

I called the agent and told her that I was ready to make an offer. She drafted the OTP, sent it to the seller, and it was accepted. She then sent it to the bond originator who took my application to the banks. I was informed that my bond application was approved! I don’t know how that happened but as I am writing this now I have my first investment property!!

I checked my ITC and there were no outstanding debts owed by me. The loan that I owed showed that it was paid up last year in October! I don’t know who paid it or why or how but somehow the Universe answered every prayer that I made! Thank you!

I sometimes do fall off the wagon when it comes to manifestations but I can attest that everything written in The Secret and The Power books is very true. If you practice gratitude and live as if you have already received your wishes, you can manifest everything that you desire. My life has always turned around for the better whenever I start practicing The Secret.
