Since I was a teenager I have learned from some friends and my mother to use the power to get little things such as parsixking spaces, a good table in a restaurant etc., but never for real life changes. So years ago I was in a friends house in NY and she told me to watch The Secret or read the book so I did both.

In that period I really wanted to move back to Brasil. I was leaving in Belgium and my husband had a good job already for 20 years, but we didn’t have money to do all the moving and money for the first year in Brasil until we found some more work. So every day when I was alone and had time, I started to think “We are moving and we will be able to bring all our things and fix our apartment.” I just closed my eyes thought for a little while and felt my heart warm and every time I was relaxed and had trust and everything they say in the book. I didn’t think how it was gonna happen, I just wished for it to really, really happen.

So one day, my husband comes home and booommmm! Big news! The hospital he had work for 20 years as IT Manager, was closing down and they were going to fire 50 people, but he didn’t know yet if his name was there or not.

My mother was lighing a candle in a church and a lady asked her for whom are you lighting it for, and she said “I am praying for my son in law to get fired.” And the lady said “Oh my god I never heard about anybody asking for the opposite!!! Normally people ask for family to find jobs!” Anyway, a week later, the hospital had a list of the names and my husband was the first one on the list and they were gonna pay him almost $100,000 dollars for all the years etc…. so we almost had a heart attack of hapinness.

We bought everything new, we brought all to Brasil and rebuilt the old apartment. Everything went better than we dreamed! Since then we are both fans of The Secret and use it in our lives everyday. Sometimes people think I am crazy when they see the things happening. I really wish more people would believe in The Secret and change their lifes to be happier. Thank you! Now I am doing it again to change my profession and have my own businnes so I am reading the KEY.
