Being truly grateful for everything that I have is the most incredible thing that ever happened to me. It shifts my emotions and reminds me what life is all about.

Something else related to gratitude is blind faith. I can feel God being with me when I believe. It’s so amazing. These things have changed my life.

Another thing that I learned a couple of days ago is that being relaxed is the best thing when you want to achieve something.

I am mum for the first time of a six month old beautiful daughter and it has been two weeks since she started to eat solids. Before we start, I would always feel nervous and wondering if my baby is gonna eat it all and with no delay. But I would always fail and felt desperate like I can’t do anything.

One day I just felt I couldn’t do this any more, I am talking in general this time. I said to my self: “You’ve gotta relax, you can’t be so nervous. You are worthy. You can do anything you want”.

When it was food time for my little girl, I didn’t care. I just was more happy playing with my daughter than worrying in advance. I was relaxed and I just let it go and it happened, the miracle. When I want to achieve something I would always be nervous and wanted to know how and when. I have erased all my desire lists because I know that everything I wanna have, I do have it. Because I believe. Be grateful. Believe. Let it go. Change your life. Love yourself as much as possible.
