I was introduced to “The Secret” several months ago when my boyfriend bought the book. He talked to me about it and I read the first few pages but I didn’t really understand and quickly gave up. It wasn’t until a couple of months later that he persuaded me into picking it up again. I gave it a go and read the book in a few days.

I started trying to apply it to a few small things. I succeeded but I doubted whether it was The Secret or just coincidence. I also tried to use it to improve my relationship with my boyfriend which was very shaky. I tried but failed! I was so focused on what I was trying to avoid in the relationship that it backfired on me!

Last time he visited me, although we had a really wonderful time, we parted on very, very bad terms. I knew that if I could learn to apply The Secret I could make our relationship strong and positive, so I got the film and suddenly it all started to click.

I am focusing so much on our wonderful relationship and how happy we will be, but I knew I still had doubts, so I started to visualise a bottle of wine (among other attributes, it had a picture of red flowers on tall, thin stalks, all in a row). Unfortunately I haven’t attracted it just yet (actually hoping my boyfriend will buy it for me). However, just now I decided to go out and buy chocolate. My local store doesn’t often have my favorite bar of chocolate, but all the way there I imagined it sitting on the shelf. I got to the store and looked at the shelf. My heart fell because I couldn’t see it anywhere! Then suddenly I saw just one, behind another kind. It was the only one of the brand and it was my favorite flavor. It was mine! I was also compelled to pick up a free magazine on the way out.

Once I got home, looking though the magazine I spotted the exact same image of flowers I had been picturing on the bottle of wine. Wow!

I know now The Secret really works and I am so positive and happy. I know my story is probably very unremarkable compared to many on here, but it seems amazing to me.

I’m very much looking forward to my improved relationship with my boyfriend, whilst drinking my flowery bottle of wine and reading “The Power” (which he also owns) next time I visit him! Thank you so much for bringing The Secret to me!
