I’ve used The Secret to manifest a lot of my dreams in the last 5 years. It’s been a phenomenal experience to ask, wait and receive from the universe. I’ve had multiple stories shared here and when I look back it’s been an amazing journey with these books.

I’ve manifested European holidays, money, relationships, health and most importantly my beautiful baby girl who is turning one year old soon. I did have moments when things wouldn’t work the way I wanted them to and felt upset and depressed. But what I have manifested over the last few years shadows what I haven’t got. So I do not complain and think maybe it’s not time yet and surely my day will come.

This time I want to share how I was given money 10 times more than what I gave out.

Last Christmas I told myself I want to manifest money to shop and buy all that I was wishing for but since I’m a homemaker there is no income for me. I didn’t want to ask hubby as he was already paying our mortgage and every possible bill. I decided to give money to charity and buy gifts for family and friends even though I had very little that I saved.

Now I know when you give without expecting in return that is where the joy is and it is how it should be done. But this time around I really wanted money and I thought if I give, I’ll get it back. I wrote two checks to charity and honestly at the back of my mind I was thinking, well, what if it doesn’t return and how would I manage? But I brushed off that thought and went around buying gifts for family and friends without worrying about my credit card bill which would show up next month. All this happened a week before Christmas.

2015 dawned and there was no sign of money and I never got anything big in terms of gifts or money. I wasn’t disappointed but I told myself, well, you kept expecting something in return and so it never worked and smiled to myself saying at least I made a few people smile with my money and gifts for Christmas. But I was a little sad I couldn’t shop for Christmas and New year for myself as I had wanted.

Feb 2015 I received 2 checks from my health insurance company that I no longer have a policy with! Also the claim I had made was 8 months after a surgery knowing for sure the company would reject it.

I was and still am, lost for words and can’t fathom how the insurance company gave me those checks as their policy clearly states all claims will be void if not submitted within 120 days of surgery. I had tears of joy rolling down. The universe has found the most incredible way to provide me 10 times more than what I gave out. I remember The Secret says “Don’t bother about how, the universe will show you the way” and it really did.

What I gave out expecting to return, did return in many folds but with a time delay.

The point I want to make here is when I was sitting down and expecting money, waiting for it to show up, it didn’t. But when I let go and just felt good for giving the little I had in hand, money came pouring in.

This manifestation has actually changed the way I was thinking about money. I’ve been buying lotto and wanting to win for so long now and I realized why I couldn’t. This is an eye opener for me. I hope at least one of you would be inspired by my story and might change something that you’re not doing right.
