In all my years I’d only ever worked retail. It was draining and thankless to say the least. On Easter Sunday of 2014, my husband saw an ad on the evening news for a job that was hiring in a contact center. I applied and was hired immediately. It was absolutely brutal! I worked in a call center where the hours were long and the verbal abuse was constant. I would literally cry every day due to my intense anxiety about going to work. January 5 of 2015 I decided I had to make a change. I did a Google search for “positive thinking” which led me to The Secret.

My entire life changed immediately after that! I began to take on a more positive attitude and was even thankful for my job. I started making bonuses, got a raise and a promotion making 15,000 more a year! All of this happened within 6 months and to date I now work in my dream job, no phones, easy work, amazing schedule, and great colleagues! I couldn’t be happier!
