As soon as I had learnt about The Secret, my life has been so magical. I began it all by attracting small things like smiles, compliments and support from those around me, and it worked!!
There was this time I was running late to go pick my kid brother from school, and I visualised getting a ride from a friend of mine and getting there on time. And it happened just like magic!
The latest addition to my experience is of a boy I really like. We’ve met in only few occassions but I completely like him. Its questioning for a girl to approach a boy in this part of Africa, especially when you are considered to be too ‘urban’ like me. On the June 2nd, as I was heading home from church, I got onto a public transportation service. On the way, the rider had to stop and turn back to fetch something that seemed to be very urgent.
I stepped aside with the intention of waiting for the rider, when all of a sudden, there was the guy waving at me with a wide smile on his face. More than surprising coz he didn’t even know me!
I brushed it off and suddenly I felt this urge of walking for a distance down a road I rarely use. So I started walking and he appeared from nowhere riding a bike. We exchanged pleasantries and he gave me phone number and telling me he’d be waiting for my call! It was just a perfect day for me.
Guys, as long as you believe, whatever you ask for will be yours.
