Hello everyone, I wanted to share a little something that proved to me that the Law Of Attraction works. First, I want to thank Rhonda for sharing The Secret and other writings to the world. I saw The Secret film in 2011, but I did not put it to much practice until several months ago, even though I did not realize it at the time.

In the summer of 2012 I wrote a story for entertainment since we did not have cable and I wanted to practice my writing skills for college classes in the fall. I decided to write a love story about Elvis Presley and a fictional character named Madison, “Maddie” for short. Now I know it seems funny but understand that months prior, I had become obsessed with Elvis after watching a film about him. I liked listening to his music and watched documentary films and movies about him and I’m only in my 20’s! While creating this fictional story I actually felt it was true and as I imagined as I wrote like any writer would.

By the fall I was done with the story and I didn’t think about it too much anymore, when I did I would laugh about it and move on. I didn’t even bother reading it over since I knew the sequence and everything.

Well by the spring of 2013 something happened! My friend told me about a 1990 series named “Elvis Good Rockin’ Tonight” and gave me the link for it.

As I watched it, I noticed a girl in the film who played as Elvis’ girlfriend and can you guess what her name was?? Mattie! I know her nickname is spelled differently than the one I used, (Maddie) but in my story is the name he called her and in the series he calls her that too! At first I thought it was just a coincidence because no intentions were made for my story. It was in my eyes, just a story, until I thought back to The Secret and now reading The Power, that I realized that feelings and imagination have a lot to do with it. I put all of that that into my fictional story character Maddie, and the Law Of Attraction brought it into a real life character in the film. However, let me mention that my story and the events in the series didn’t coincide, which would have been awesome, but the qualities of his girlfriend Mattie were the same, and how he treated her was the same as well.The funny part about it too was that while I was creating the story, I sometimes imagined what a film like this could look like, and thanks to The Secret I was able to see it in the series.

After knowing this, I am definitely going to write another story but this time about me and my future boyfriend, as well as other goals I want in my life.
