Hello everyone.

Gratitude to all. I have been following The Power, The Secret, and The Magic for years now and the Universe has always shown me the way. I had promised myself that when I reached my goal I will write my story here and share it with you all. I have reached my goal and what a glorious and happy moment it is! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I live in Mumbai and ever since I was a kid, I have been facing weight issues. I was always the fat kid in school and was bullied for my weight. When I grew up, I wanted to pursue acting and you know that in Bollywood, the leaner you are, the better people admire you. Even when I started going for auditions, I was always told I was fat and heavy and had to lose weight. I tried every diet and workout and the results did come. My weight over the last 12 years or so has always fluctuated. Three years ago I was preparing for a role and I was in the best shape of my life. But then Covid happened and the project got scrapped and so did my diet and training. I had put on 16kgs and was completely out of shape. Then a year ago I told myself that I will start giving my best again. And I did. But the weight wasn’t going down. I tried intermittent fasting.

I was working out for 2 hours a day but nothing was working. I had reached a wall. But then I realized I was clinging on to the stress of weight loss and had forgotten that The Secret teaches us to let go and trust the process of the Universe. I calmed myself down and every morning, I started visualizing myself at my target weight. I saw myself there and just let it go. And then, voila! The magic happened!

My mom recommended to me an online food delivery service and I started eating the food they gave me. Within 60 days I lost 10kgs! I couldn’t believe it! Every day I was 100 to 300 gms lighter and now, people tell me I look great and my parents are very happy with my transformation.

So to you all, I say this. The Universe knows what is best for us and it always gives us what we want. All we have to do is pray, ask, believe, let go and then receive. May all gratitude in the world always be with you.
