I would like to express my gratitude to the universe and to Rhonda Byrne and the entire team behind The Secret.

Although I picked up The Secret back in 2007 I did not take it very seriously as I was blessed with everything a teenager could ask for. I had the looks, the life and the best relationships and felt like The Secret would not be of much use to me.

But 5 years later I felt lost and unhappy even after graduating from university and getting my dream job with a world renowned firm. I was sad and disappointed for all the things I did not have. I wanted to be married to the man I was in a relationship with for 8 years. I wanted more but only felt like that it was nearly impossible to achieve. I lost faith and felt dissatisfied with my job. I quarrelled over petty issues with my family and slipped into depression. I put on a lot of weight.

Then one day I visited a friend who had the symbol of The Secret painted in her bedroom. I came back home and started looking for the book I had bought years ago. I read it and then went on to read The Power and The Magic.

Now I started asking, believing and giving thanks to the universe and I feel happier. I happen to say all the right things at the right time to my loved ones which has helped in healing many strained relationships. I got promoted at work and have even started losing the weight I carelessly put on. Even the man I love tells me how grateful he is to have someone like me and that is the best gift the universe could give me!!

Every story I read here has helped me and inspired me. I am so very grateful for all those who send in their stories. Thank you!!
