One evening after a very late meeting on my way home, I was thinking what I can do to up-lift the spirit of my team. The idea came up that I must put up a Gratitude Board. After a week, the handyman of the company came and attached the board on to the wall. I then told my staff that this is our gratitude board, and every morning as they arrive at work each one must write down something they are grateful for. The rule is that you are not allowed to write the same thing as the previous day.

WOW! what a difference this made to all of us! Every day on your way to work you will think what your gratitude entry for the day will be, and by reading everyone’s comments it increases our realisation for what we all have to be grateful for!
