A girl I grew up with was in a horrible accident. Three of her family members were killed including two of her children. A donation site was made to support this woman and her surviving family. She needed months of medical attention due to the accident and family members stayed with her for support, which got quite costly.

I knew I had to donate what I could. I only had $103 left in my bank account and payday was still a few days away.

Being a believer, I knew that it will all work itself out. I decided to donate $100 to this family, leaving my family with $3.00 until payday.

That afternoon I took my children out for a walk. We ran into the man who does our income taxes. He told me had stopped by our house for the last few days but every time he came we were never home.

Then, he opened his jacket, reached inside and handed me a check. He explained how he had made a mistake on our taxes and that he owed us $101!!

So, only half an hour after donating my last $100, I received it back in the most random way. All I can say is believe and things always work themselves out.

Most of all, be thankful every day for everything you have!
