I am looking to attract the right talent for my company and within a span of 3 weeks have magnetised three employees who are the right fit, most importantly, in terms of their values.

How did I do this?

Well, I asked for it, imagined what qualities I was looking for, how we would support the “right” fit in their career growth, and how working with us would bring more joy and abundance to their lives. I did this versus just imagining how only we would benefit from them!

I was sure the Universe would send them our way. I was 100% sure so I wasn’t fretting over it. I also thanked the Universe in advance for this miracle. And bingo!! The rest I am sure you already know.

So to y’all, here is my two cents: Just surrender your wishes to the most loving and abundant Universe. Stay in a high vibration as much as you can and do not believe any negative thoughts. Just laugh at them or ignore them. And do not push for anything because that leads to more resistance which results in being stuck in the same dynamic. And yes, genuinely appreciate everything you currently have in your physical reality.
