I have battled with addiction since I was 21 years old. I am now 34, I am free and clean of drugs. I’m detoxifying the way I think and behave. It’s not easy. Every second of the day, it’s important for me to keep myself busy. I meditate at night to clear my thoughts to create better ones. Honestly, I am much happier and more free. When I was using I felt like I was a slave to drugs. I find better things to do with my days than hurting or damaging myself. I get better sleep. I eat better. And I don’t feel the pressure of anything. I feel reborn with knowledge of myself and people.
