Hello everyone,

I am so grateful and happy to be able to share my story with you. So the story is about my house.

I married a year ago, and we moved to Pune for our jobs. We lived in a rented house, which cost us 15k a month. So we decided to buy a house so that we could spend this money on our own house. Soon, we started searching for a house but did not find any that matched our preference. We just wished to buy a house in the society we were living in as tenants, but we could not find a house that was within our budget.

After three months of searching, we concluded that we would have to increase our budget to buy the house of our choice, and we did not have the required savings or funds to do that. So, we decided to postpone this idea until either of us switched jobs and got a bigger salary.

I started practicing gratitude and journaling for our new house. I wanted to move to a new house in June with a house priced at below 42 lakhs. Then just a weekend later, a broker called us, telling us there was a house in B building in the same sector we were living in. The base price was 39 lakhs. It would total 42 lakhs, including all extra costs, and it was in the same area and direction as we wanted. I felt so grateful and happy!
