This is the story of how managed to subside a breast lump that I had developed. One morning I woke up and had a pain in my chest. I thought it must have been milk getting clogged in the milk ducts as I am a breastfeeding mother. So, I checked my breast and I could feel a big lump. I decided to feed my baby. So, I fed my baby for a while but that didn’t help. I usually do not produce a lot of milk so I was wary as to what must have caused the lump.

I started Googling. However, this is not at all recommended as Google is not a doctor. But I was curious to know what must have caused this. Of course, I found a big list of what might be causing this. I was terrified to the core. But after a few minutes, I thought, let me just think positive about this. So I started saying to myself, “My breasts are healthy and always will be.”
I just kept on repeating this the whole day, regardless of any pain I felt. I also put on a hot compress throughout the day but that didn’t help.

Finally, at night I was taking a walk and I told myself, “My breasts are back to normal. I trust my breasts. I trust my body.” Then I went back home and took an ice pack and placed it on the lump for about 10 minutes. You will not believe it but right after that, my lump was gone!!! Like it vanished. It was magic. I was so grateful to the Universe and my body.

So, the idea is to focus on what you want, instead of what is happening externally, and believe that you are going to receive it!!
