There is something I discovered this weekend that I want to say to everyone. I say this in the hope that it will help others who may be having the same problem.

This weekend something came into my life via a couple of family members. Without going into detail, let’s just say it was something I want no part of.

Well, yesterday I felt down inside, and all the time I was wondering HOW I could have attracted this to me. It was hard for me, and I just couldn’t seem to lift myself out of it. But this morning I realized. The words from the film, The Secret, rang through my thoughts.
“The HOW’S are the domain of the universe.” Mike Dooley. And, “When people start focusing on what they want, what they don’t want falls away, and what they want expands, and the other part disappears.” Jack Canfield

I was focusing on what I don’t want, trying to figure out HOW it manifested. And in the mean time attracting more of the same. Even these HOWS are the domain of the universe.

If something comes into your life that you don’t want, don’t waste time and energy (like I did) trying to figure out HOW. It’s there and now it’s our job to not allow it to get our attention.

No matter what, focus on what we do want in order to allow the other to disappear.
