I am practicing embracing giving back to feel good! I was getting ready for a first date earlier in the day. I was on my way to the nail salon when I thought, “Hmmm, when is the last time you did something nice for someone else unexpectedly?” I could not remember when the last time was, so that means it has been too long. So I decided to surprise my nail tech and buy her a Starbucks coffee. She did not know what to say but she was very thankful.

Later that day at the hair salon, I ran into a friend that I had not seen in a long time. She left the salon before I did, and she paid for my hair and also tipped the lady! No words to express my gratitude. That was so kind and unexpected.

Had I known The Secret years ago, I would have stopped living in my illness and started believing in myself. I know for a fact that health, love, wealth, and prosperity already belong to me!
