Millions Earned From Visualizing!
Submitted by: Windycity
Chicago, ILMother, wife, business owner, determined to be successful even though odds were against me.
Even as a young child I knew I was destined to be rich. I had visions as young as 13 years old that I would some day own a penthouse condo downtown, over looking the John Hancock Building. I grew up with several brothers & sisters, and there was very little money to spare. The odds were against me because I despised school and had no real role models growing up. How in the world was I going to be rich when I grew up?
In the mid 90s I was 26 years old, and I knew I was getting old fast. Making $26k a year at a dead-end bank job, there was no sight of me reaching my goal – having my own business and millions in the bank. Well, I scribbled on a piece of paper that I was going to make $100k by the time I was 30 years old (I had no idea how I was going to achieve this goal). I just knew it.
I went back to school and studied Finance. I met the man of my dreams and we started a business. At 31 I was a millionaire. At 36 we sold our company to a Fortune 500 and now we are able to retire.
Every time my young son threw a penny in the fountain, I too threw one, and made a wish – I wish I had X amount of Millions $ in the bank. Well, guess what, it all came true!
Once you achieve one goal you think you would be happy, but most successful people tend to have new goals. Now my wishes are more grand… and I’m on my way to starting my second company. 🙂 Money does not buy happiness in life – having balance in your life is the most important thing. Even though I can retire on the amount of money in my bank account (living off of the interest – invest in muni-bonds!), it is still not enough. Not just the money aspect, but the idea of waking up every day having something to look forward to. It’s going to be interesting. I just hope this next venture will be as exciting!
I love The Secret and all the messages in the book. I know most of us that have read it know that there really is something to “The Law Of Attraction”.
Blessings…
