I started to apply for jobs in March 2022 in the research laboratory work. I am a Microbiology graduate and I was applying for several various research roles. I kept receiving interviews and almost received a job offer in December of 2022. Finally, I received a job offer in July 2023. I kept imagining working in the research lab and I pasted the job title with the university logo on my vision board. My hard work paid off and I managed to negotiate my salary to the exact amount that I had expected.
