My story is about having confidence.

A few months back in Uni I had to do a presentation on a novel.

I was always afraid of speaking in public, so much that I would cry that I can’t speak in front of everyone. I usually got panic attacks and shivering before public speaking, but this time I decided to change.

Two weeks before my presentation I started to visualize that I was easily doing my presentation and with so much confidence that I felt gratitude for my best presentation.

I completely believed that I was going to do the best presentation.

And you know what?

I did the presentation and was feeling confident and calm!

And yes, I got the highest marks!!
