Turning point...

Last fall my boyfriend of many years suddenly just told me one day that it was over. It was cruel. We had just moved in into a big and expensive apartment, and he moved out.

After a couple of weeks the restaurant I was working in closed because of too little guests. I've never been out of jobs, it came as a shock of course.

But now, 3 months later, I got a new job, full time, good payment, and I got money out of an insurance I didn't know I had because it was through my old employer, and now last week together with my ex mother in law I won on the lottery... a lot of money. And of course I have all my friends who helped me through this tough winter and spring, but now I know I have come to a turning point. I'm sooo happy.

And of course I have my book by the bed, read in it every day, even if it's just a couple of sentences.

I'm so thankful for everything. I love my book.
