Plant perfect thoughts

First of all, this story is not a manifestation of anything physical, but achieving peace of mind and confidence.

I had lost my mother to cancer 5 years back. It was a pity that The Secret was not there in our life then. After that trauma I have been always plagued by the thought that I am sick and may contract a disease and suffer any small health issue. This thought worried me, my mind was always upset.

Then I came across The Secret. I poured over the health chapter, I started saying the affirmation of 'I have perfect thoughts. I see perfection, I am perfection.'

Lo and behold the unhealthy thoughts vanished. I don't have a single one of them. I am confident about myself.
