An avalanche of stuff found again

Turin, ItalyI'm 34, I've been working for an American software house. I'm currently living alone and I have four or five dreams I want to make real. I'm a guitar player too.
At least four years ago I lost a couple of CDs that I liked very much: they weren’t common music CDs – these were CDs with tracks that I needed to practice some guitar exercises that had been described on a couple of guitar magazines. I was sad about this, because I bought these magazines in the U.S. and it was almost impossible for me to ask for old issues, as they didn’t offer such service.
Well, less than 1 year ago I started reading The Secret and it helped me to consider things another way. However, I was quite skeptical about the chance of using it with the little stuff; I mean, I thought it could work on the long haul to improve my personality, but I couldn’t imagine it could be possible to get small concrete things.
Last week, my parents came to visit me, then I went to work and they stayed at my home. I came back after they had left and I found “The Secret” book on my bed: my father had put it there and afterward he told me it could be useful to me. I started reading it again and I thought about those CDs.
Yesterday I read an old article about guitar techniques, written by a guitar player I like very much. I had bought a book of his some years ago, but I had lost it (yes, I’m a bit untidy). While I was reading it I thought about the image of the book and immediately I considered to look for it in a place I’d never considered before, different from the last position I remembered seeing it.
I moved a pile of old PC magazines and behind the pile I found the book, the CDs, and another book I had spent ages looking for. I felt like I had magic in my hand, so I decided to look for all the things I’d lost. I found another couple of old guitar magazines in another room. It was incredible, a wonderful sequence of surprises.
Yes, I have the confirmation I wanted: The Secret works! Good luck all!
