It really works

Olathe, KSOriginal 19 year old from Kansas, have huge dreams to chase after, just graduated from high school a year before and dream to be a stand up comedian and have a few other dreams to be achieved.
Let’s start with last summer. Even though I’d heard of The Secret, I never showed any sign of interest in it. But I remembered how my attitude was then – very carefree. I would always ride a bike around the city and leave the bike behind, and I never, not even once, worried about having it stolen, and it was always there when I returned. I didn’t know how it worked, but then one day I rode a bike to a grocery store with a friend of mine. He was panicked that his bike would be stolen – his bike was rusty and old and mine was rather new. I told him to calm down and don’t worry, but he kept worrying. When we were done with the shop and turned out, his bike was stolen and mine wasn’t. I found it very… amazing. I didn’t know why.
Then I was introduced to The Secret by my sister after I left my miserable life in Utah, and it actually changed my life. I never felt so happy, I was doing great, I was better than before. So, I started to set a few goals, and my huge goal was meeting a comedian who I adored, and who was the reason I wanted to be stand up comedian. And the Secret made it happen – I met her TWICE. I couldn’t believe that I met her twice – that was beyond amazing! I got to talk to her, and she was really darling and funny. I left the ‘how’ up to the universe, and the universe made it work!
Trust me, it works… and there are many things I can share, but I need to cut it down. Let me share my last story:
So, I was jogging the other day, and I put the house key in my pocket. At first I walked four blocks, then jogged back to the house. I checked if the key was in my pocket and it was there before I jogged to the house, then I arrived home and realized my key was missing. I was furious and needed it back. I walked down and up all afternoon to find it. Then I decided to use the Secret, so I just pictured myself holding the key, feeling it and everything. Nothing worked, even though I walked a lot. But I didn’t let it get to me, and I knew I would get it back. Then one late evening I was on my laptop doing things, and my sister said, “Hey, that’s your key, don’t lose it again!” I looked at her, and was very surprised that she found the key – not me. I asked where she found it. My sister said, “On the kitchen floor, duh.” I stared at her, “No, you must have got it from outside, I lost it on the sidewalk somewhere.” She insisted she found it on the kitchen floor. Now, that was interesting – I lost my house key outside and it managed to get back into the house somehow… Do I need to know how the universe did that? Nah, I don’t want to! I am happy to have it back and I am leaving ‘how’ up to universe! Happy Secret Day!!
