The Bowling Pin.
Submitted by: lori
floridaI'm 44 years old. I have three wonderful children.
I started reading The Secret and reading how you can draw things to you and know it’s you actually drawing them to you. So I decided to try this exercise.
I was like, what could I imagine that would be uncommon but I would know it was for me?
So I came up with a bowling pin. I love thrift stores so I imagined in my mind that I would go to a certain thrift store and my bowling pin would be there.
Well, a few months later I was in my closet and saw my The Secret book and thought about my bowling pin.
A store I work for told me I could donate some kid stuff to the thrift store. So that day I took the stuff and donated it.
As I turned to walk out I looked behind me and there on a shelf sat one bowling pin!!!
I told the lady at the counter that bowling pin is for me and purchased it.
It now sits on a shelf in my home to remind me anything is imaginable! 🙂
