I Reached The Tipping Point!
Submitted by: Optimistic Teenage Girl
CanadaI am 17. I read The Secret when I was 12. Since then, I watched the movie, listened to audio books of The Power and The Secret To Teen Power and The Secret numerous times. Each time I listen to them, I find new words that inspire me.
Recently, I had so many manifestations that I feel like I have reached the tipping point. In The Power, we are told that if we can have just 51% positive thoughts, we can attract our way to a wonderful life. Today, I know I reached the tipping point, because I have manifested so many things!!
Here they are:
1) I am in my final year of high-school, a very stressful time, since university applications and admissions happen this year. I really wanted to get into a competitive program at the University of Waterloo. I gained inspiration from a story in The Secret To Teen Power, about a girl who wanted to attend the University of Notre Dame. I pushed myself to stay positive and visualized the best outcome. I read my older sister’s old admission offers from various universities. I thought about how I will feel once I get accepted, how I would dress up in clothes from the University’s gift shop, how relaxed I would feel, and so on. I surrounded my room with brochures and other items with the university’s logo on it. Whenever I felt worried or stressed, I would remind myself that at this point, any outcome is possible. I recalled all the unlikely manifestations that people attained through the use of The Secret. If Morris Goodman, the miracle man can walk again and if the dreams of Jim Carrey, Walt Disney and so many others came true, mine will too. So with strong faith, I kept expecting the best.
And today, I got accepted!!!! I am so thrilled and thankful to Rhonda Byrne and her team.
2) I had been stuck slightly overweight for over a year. I had gained 5 pounds when I was hoping to lose weight. Exercising and running wasn’t working. Recently, I started thinking positively, loving my body, dressing as if I looked perfect, and now I am around 15 pounds lighter.
3) One day, my mom came home from the family doctor and was told that something was wrong and further tests had to be done. It might be something serious, a surgery might be required, perhaps an early stage of cancer. This freaked my mom out. She worries a lot and she has a gentle heart. I tried to calm her down, and told her that she had to hope for the best. I tried telling her quotes from The Secret, but it wasn’t getting through to her. I knew that if my mom stressed out, worried and imagined the worst, then she will attract a negative outcome. I was busy with exams, but I didn’t care. I had to do something.
I found The Secret DVD, fast forwarded to the section on Health, and made my mom watch that part. She understood English pretty well, but just in case, I translated it for her to be certain. I kept telling her that if she believes she is healthy, then the Universe will say “Your wish is my command”.
Two weeks later, she came back from the hospital, and they told her it was nothing serious at all! It was only fibroids. She had to eat certain vegetables more often and that’s it! We were all so happy and grateful for her health.
4) I wrote a list of things I wanted in a guy and within a week, I had manifested a sweet boyfriend. He was a close friend, but I never thought of him like that before. He asked me out and I said yes. We were each other’s first dates. I had so much fun with him, but eventually my doubts got the best of me. The very girl I was afraid of losing him to, took him. This happened 2 years ago. My next relationship was crazy in a bad way. That’s all I will say about it, since it’s best not to relive negativeness from the past and infect the future. Now that I’m accepted into University, and have lots of free time, I will concentrate on visualizing the a perfect match for me. I am a very romantic person and I know that one of my most favorite things in life will be my soulmate.
I want to share so many more manifestations, but I feel like I exceeded the word limit a while ago. Ha ha! 🙂
I love you all. My life feels amazing. I wish to run into Rhonda Byrne one day, so that I can thank her personally for the giant difference she made in my life.
