A Vision Made True.
Submitted by: Lizzy
Cedar Rapids, IAA recent Secret-knower aligned with the universe. I have been so inspired by the stories by others and so grateful to share my story too.
I had been living in Kansas for many years. Our family was bursting out of our home and I was working at a job that tired me out and left me unfulfilled at the end of the day. Since we lived in the lower part of a house, we always lived in a bit of darkness. It wasn’t all bad, but just not what my husband and I had dreamed of. Then my mother was diagnosed with a brain disorder. One that might leave her without her memories in a few short years.
I had watched and read The Secret, created a vision board and done a lot of inner work to try to be more positive. I read The Magic, and dutifully did my prescription each day to be more grateful and it worked!
I had wanted to relocate to my mother’s town so we could be closer. I imagined her getting the help she needed. I set to work being grateful for and visualizing the perfect job and the perfect house for us to live in. After a lot of work, I got not one, but 3 interviews in her town. And the one I wanted the most made an offer right away. I was so happy and excited.
Then I had to visualize us getting the perfect home. I found one and it was large and right next to my Mom’s neighborhood. But as I was giving my deposit to the rental office on the phone, she told me that another representative had leased the house. I was deflated for a moment. But then I remembered the universe is always for me. I told myself something even better was awaiting.
Today we just signed a lease on a wonderful home in a different neighborhood. I know it is the universe because the public school there is an arts school that my kids will love to go to. So just remember. If you don’t see what you want, be grateful to think it. Then think it until you can see it and be grateful to see it. Then see it and see it until you can know it. Be grateful to know it and relax and let go.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of you who have inspired me to keep going from all over the world.
