Firstly I want to thank Rhonda Byrne for the gift she has given to the world and to everyone who posted their stories. Thank you, thank you, thank you very much.
I was introduced to The Secret movie by a friend 3 years ago but I didn’t understood it well enough to apply it to my life because I was young then, so I forgot about it.
Somehow beginning of this year, it found its way back to me. I got myself the three books and I would be on the website every morning to read stories and it would lift my spirit. My mind set changed from then on. I understood why my life was the way it was. Full of hatred, loneliness, anger towards my family, failure you name it, which led me wanting to commit suicide. But deep down in my heart I always knew I was meant to be happier and that there was more to life then what I was going through.
I’m now more positive, grateful, giving and just more aware of my thoughts every day. I forgave myself and others for all the bad things that happened to me and began to love myself. Now I wake up every morning with so much love and joy in my heart.
I made my vision board and hung it in my room and made another power point on my PC. I would look at it everyday and I would be grateful and feeling the feelings of having it now. Time went on and I would get depressed or sad about why I wasn’t seeing results. Then I would go back to my vision board and ask again because maybe I wasn’t clear enough for the universe.
But I would come back to the website and look for inspiration.
One day I came upon a story about asking, believing and letting go. Thatâs when I realized where my fault was. I was worrying about everything. Asking over and over meant I didn’t believe in myself or the universe.
I knew what I needed to do. I started with attracting small things. That’s when I was amazed at how easy it was. I attracted:
1. Receiving flowers at work.
2. Meeting up with a guy who I have a crush on but he didn’t know I even existed.
3. Picking up and receiving money.
4. Seeing a G-class AMG Mercedes in black. This car is so rare in my city but the universe made it possible.
And today I just received a call that I won a $100 voucher from a shopping mall next to my office. I entered the competition last week and I just felt good about it, kept visualizing and telling myself that I’m the winner and I even forgot about it until today.
This may be small things to some people, but I hope my story reaches out to someone who’s lacking faith and learning to let go.
Don’t give up on your dreams we all deserve to be happy.
Magic Dust to you all!
