Campus News Reporter!

HyderabadI am a teenager who's ultimate aim in life is to dispel unoriginal destructive beliefs that put you on the path to mediocrity.
I have always been passionate about writing. It was my dream to report the news in my college in the capacity of a reporter ever since I learnt of the existence of the college newspaper.
I had applied for the position but was rejected for reasons unknown. In retrospect, I feel I had attached too much importance to the post and became anxious. I thought the rejection was unfair and sulked about it for a while. Then I remembered “The Secret” and decided to use it.
I made a word file on my computer in which I signed myself as a reporter. I would imagine myself running around and reporting news. I did this for a few days but grew impatient when the results did not show. I grew frustrated and tried to kill my desire. I convinced myself that there were better things in life and that I was unnecessarily attaching importance to something which did not deserve so much longing. I even deleted the word file I made.
A month later, I got a text message from one of the editors asking me if I was still interested in being a reporter. I cannot describe the feelings I experienced when I received the text.
All I am trying to say is that all your desires will come true when you let go of them. If you believe what you want is not very difficult and there are things which are worthier that you deserve, it will become easier to manifest your goals
