All within the first two days!

DenverI'm a 26 year old dude whose heart is becoming increasingly more grateful, loving, faith-filled, and generous!
I, like most people who have submitted stories on here, received The Secret as a gift from my father, but didn’t really pay too much attention to it. As a matter of fact, it took me about 9 months to watch it! All that really matters is that when I had an open mind, I gave it a shot.
After watching it, I really wanted to see if there was something to it, so after watching the movie, I said a prayer to the Lord and really really felt grateful for the things that were in my life. I took about 5 minutes thinking of anything and everything to be thankful for! Needless to say, I felt great after that.
Then I wanted to try and attract something small to me as the movie suggests. So I visualized receiving a Milky Way candy bar from somebody unexpectedly during the day. I made it the most holographic experience I could, and after it was over, I didn’t even feel like I wanted one anymore because I just had one!
Anyway, later in the day as I went to teach my guitar lessons, on the desk waiting for me was a bunch of candy for the taking! Now it wasn’t a Milky Way, but I totally saw it as a response to my request. I ate the peppermint and felt great! But it doesn’t stop there. During my first lesson, somebody brought in a few pizzas (my favorite food) for the staff! Then, my NEXT student brought in a smoothie for me out of the blue! After that, my LAST student of the day brought in a beer for me! I just started laughing and was full of gratitude!
The next day, I went through the same gratitude process and intended to see a Great Dane (my favorite dog). Now I didn’t see one in the park when I went for a walk, but I did see one in a part of town where I hardly EVER see people walking, much less with a Great Dane, but sure enough that’s what I saw!
If anything, these experiences have helped me to experience deep gratitude, joy, and already increased my sense of generosity for others! All is a gift, and God’s love and mercy are all around us!
