I have been very depressed about my weight, and honestly speaking, before I purchased The Secret for myself in December 2007, I had no love for myself. Things have changed. I now look in the mirror and I feel great.

Rhonda, I just wanted to bring to your attention one of the best moments for me was the story of people who say to themselves, 'I can eat like a dog and will not gain any weight'. This is so true. That is what I am constantly saying to myself, and it works. I have lost weight and still losing for the first time in five years, and my body is toned. I love myself now, there is no stress like before where I would feel deprived of not eating. In fact my appetite has decreased all by itself.

I can appreciate the love others have for me, and be a great Mother to my family. I never forget to be thankful and also to explore where I can be of help to another person. The greatest thing ever is to be able to help the next person in need. This makes me feel great.
